Who We Are

Jennifer Hughes has worked in the publishing industry most of her life and got her start at the age of two, helping her editor mom stuff envelopes for direct mail marketing pieces. After graduating from the College of Wooster with a B.A. in English in 1997, Jennifer attended the New York University Summer Publishing Institute. She has used her over 10 years of professional experience to learn the book industry inside and out. Her job experience includes working as a publicity manager for Capital Books, a media affairs specialist for the Society for Human Resource Management, a book buyer and book store coordinator for the SHRMStore, an editorial assistant for a small trade publisher and a customer service representative for a book distribution company.
